Located just a one-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station, this small-group nursery specializes in the development of 1- and 2-year-olds. Conveniently located near the station for commuting, it supports the balance of work and child-rearing.
It is said that the most important period for a child’s human development is between the ages of one and two.
As the first small-scale licensed nursery school opened in Tokyo’s 23 wards in 2014, our center specializes in nurturing the development of infants.
Rather than simply following the general approach to infant care found in most licensed nursery schools, we focus on providing age-appropriate learning and experiences during this crucial stage, helping each child build a strong foundation for personal growth and character development.

Shiodome Nursery School is located just across the deck from the east exit of Keikyu Kamata Station. It is a bright room with lots of sunlight from the morning. The nursery is filled with the smiles and laughter of children every day.

よくあるご質問
■見学・入園
Q. 園見学はできますか？
A. はい、随時受け付けています。平日10時00分～、15時30分～となります。事前予約制となります。他の時間帯ご希望の場合はお電話にてお問合せ下さい。
Q. 入所の申し込みはどうすれば良いですか？
A. 入所（途中入園）の申込は、大田区子ども家庭部保育サービス課へお願いします。

■送迎・通園
Q. 体調不良時のお迎え連絡の目安は？
A. 発熱に関わらず下痢や嘔吐、ぐったりしているなどお子さんの様子が普段と違う時にはご一報入れさせて頂きます。発熱については、実測で37.5度以上の場合にはできるかぎり早いお迎えをお願いしています。(解熱後24時間経過してからの登園になります。)
Q. 送り迎えが祖父母、知人などでも大丈夫ですか？
A. 入所時に「送迎確認証」という書類をお渡ししています。送迎に関わる方に携帯していただくものになります。送迎確認証が持参できない場合には、保護者の方から事前にご連絡いただいた上で、顔写真つきの身分証明書で確認をさせていただきます。
■給食・食事
Q. 給食はどのような内容ですか？
A. 栄養士が献立を作成し、栄養バランスと食べやすさを重視した給食を提供しています。
年に一度、徒歩遠足の日にお弁当の日を設けています。例年10月・11月頃を予定しています。
Q. 食物アレルギーへの対応はしていますか？
A. 食物アレルギーを持つお子様の給食は、大田区の生活管理指導票に基づいて除去食や代替食をご用意します。
※医師による診断書の提出を基に給食・活動面での対応を行っています。アレルギーをお持ちの際はご相談ください。
■園生活・1日の流れ
Q. 布団の扱いは？
A. 園の布団を貸し出ししています。おねしょシーツとかけるものはご家庭でご用意をお願いします。週末におねしょシーツとかけるものをお持ち帰りいただき、洗濯をして週明けにお持ちください。シーツのかけ外しは職員が行います。
Q. 散歩には行きますか？
A. 天気の良い日は、できるだけ園の周辺に散歩にでかけるようにしています。南蒲公園に行くことが多いです。
■保護者との関わり
Q. 園での様子はどのように知ることができますか？
A. ICTのコドモンアプリで、園と家庭との様子を共有します。 また、毎月のお便りやお知らせ等もコドモンアプリで配信をしています。また、何かご心配なことなどありましたら、個別に対応させて頂いています。
Q. 保護者参加の行事は多いですか？
A. 行事は必要最小限にしています。
家庭の生活リズムや保護者の負担に配慮した運営を行っています。
■危機管理・セキュリティについて
Q. 駅前ですが、不審者対策はどのようにしていますか？
A. 駅前という立地を踏まえ、来園者の確認、施錠管理、職員による複数の目での見守りを徹底しています。日常の保育の中で「いつもと違う様子」に気づけるよう、職員間で情報を共有し、早めの対応につなげています。
Q. 子どもを見失ってしまうことはありませんか？
A. 園外活動や移動時には、必ず複数の職員で対応し、決められた手順で人数確認を行っています。出発前・移動中・到着時の三段階確認に加え、活動中も定期的に人数を確認し、万が一に備えた園内ルールを全職員で共有しています。
Q. 園ではどのような危機管理体制をとっていますか？
事故や災害を未然に防ぐため、日常的な点検・訓練・研修を行う体制を整えています。
各種訓練や定期点検で危険因子を洗い出し、事故報告書・ヒヤリハットを全職員で共有・分析し、再発防止につなげています。
Q. 災害などの緊急連絡時や対応はどのように行っていますか？
A. 緊急連絡網をすぐに確認できる場所に常設し、緊急時に迅速に行動できるよう、日常的に訓練を行っています。状況に応じて職員が役割分担し、落ち着いた対応を心がけています。
Q. ケガや事故が起きた場合は、どのように対応しますか？
A. マニュアルに基づき、迅速かつ組織的に対応します。
その場にいる職員が応急手当を行い、必要に応じて救急要請を判断します。重大な事案は本部と連携し、保護者へ丁寧に説明します。
