Located just a one-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station, this small-group nursery specializes in the development of 1- and 2-year-olds. Conveniently located near the station for commuting, it supports the balance of work and child-rearing.
It is said that the most important period for a child’s human development is between the ages of one and two.
As the first small-scale licensed nursery school opened in Tokyo’s 23 wards in 2014, our center specializes in nurturing the development of infants.
Rather than simply following the general approach to infant care found in most licensed nursery schools, we focus on providing age-appropriate learning and experiences during this crucial stage, helping each child build a strong foundation for personal growth and character development.

研究学園駅近くの広い敷地に、鉄骨2階建の園舎を構えています。園庭は十分な広さを確保し、日々の活動や集団での遊びが展開しやすい環境です。敷地内には動線や安全性を考慮した駐車スペースも整え、生活と活動が落ち着いて進む環境を整えています。

Shiodome Nursery School Tsukuba operates a temporary custody business.(for preschool children)
We will support childcare at home by implementing temporary custody projects such as employment support for at-home childcare families and ensuring refreshment time for guardians. In addition, we are working to create an environment where children can spend time with peace of mind in an unfamiliar environment.

A.つくば市では、共働き・フルタイム勤務の家庭が増加傾向にあり、保育ニーズが多様化しています。当園ではフルタイム～変則シフトのご家庭にも柔軟に対応。急な勤務変更にも安心の保育サポートをしています。
Q. 教育意識が高いつくば市で、「勉強をさせすぎない保育」は遅れになりませんか？
つくば市には教育への関心が高いご家庭が多く、不安を感じる方も少なくありません。
当園では、早く教えることよりも、「分かりたい」「やってみたい」という気持ちが育つ土台を大切にしています。乳幼児期に必要なのは、学びの準備が自然に整っていく経験だと考えています。
Q. 入園前に見学することは可能ですか？
可能です。園の雰囲気を知っていただくため、随時見学は受け付けております。お電話または園見学申し込みフォームよりご希望の日時をご連絡ください。日程を相談の上お越しいただいています。
Q. 途中入園することはできますか？
空き状況により、可能です。詳しくはつくば市のホームページへお問い合わせください。
Q. 連絡帳はどのようなものを使っていますか？
当園ではICTシステムの「コドモン」をフル活用しています。お知らせや連絡帳、健康管理、食事管理、日々の写真などすべてスマホアプリで完結できます。
Q. 駐車場や駐輪場はありますか？
駐車場（41台）、駐輪場（20台）置けるスペースがございます。
Q. お昼寝の布団を持参する必要はありますか？
1、2歳児は敷き布団・掛け布団、3～5歳児はコットカバー・掛け布団をご持参いただきます。（週末に持ち帰り）
Q. おむつの持ち帰りはありますか？
ありません。
使用後のおむつは園で処分いたします。
Q. 給食やアレルギー対応はどうしていますか？
栄養士が献立を作成し、子どもの成長に最適な栄養バランスの給食を毎日調理しています。アレルギーのあるお子さんには、医師の診断書に基づき除去食・代替食を用意。しっかり安心して食事できます。
Q. 薬は飲ませてもらえますか？
薬は原則としてお預かりしません。ただし、慢性疾患でお子さまが薬の使用なしでは健康的な日常生活が過ごせない場合などは、医師の処方を受けた薬に限り、医師の指示や与薬依頼書に基づき行うことがあります。
Q. 園ではどのような安全対策を行っていますか？
日常の見守り体制を基本に、カメラによる確認や危機管理マニュアルに基づいた安全対策を行っています。職員間での情報共有を重視し、未然防止と早期対応を大切にしています。
Q. 不審者への対策はどのようにしていますか？
日常的に「園の中に入る人」「入らない人」を明確に区別する体制を取っています。来園者の確認や職員同士の声かけを徹底し、違和感を見逃さないことを大切にしています。
Q. 子どもを見失ってしまうようなことはありませんか？
年齢や活動内容に応じて、子どもの動きを想定した配置・人数体制を取っています。
移動や外遊びの際は、必ず複数の視点で子どもを把握し、「いないかもしれない」前提で確認を行います。事故が起きにくい動線と確認の積み重ねを大切にしています。
Q. 災害や緊急時の対応は？つくばの安全性は？
つくば市は防災面でも評価が高く、園でも月次の避難訓練を実施。緊急連絡は災害伝言ダイヤルやICTアプリ（コドモン）で一斉連絡を行います。万が一の時でも迅速な情報伝達と対応体制を整えています。
